Lead designer:
Erik Bruce
Location:
New York
Project year:
2005
Client:
Kiki de Montparnasse

In 2005, Erik Bruce collaborated with LA branding firm, Commune, to create the luxury interiors of the Kiki de Montparnasse store in SoHo. Clients enter through a burlap proscenium curtain. The experience of the soft textured light transitions to the posh crushed velvet of the dressing room curtains. These textures are accented by the warmth of the brass hardware.
